These terms apply to the use of the website and the hubs of Slimmer Geregeld, such as the social media hub.
1. Who we are
Slimmer Geregeld is a trade name of Slimmergeregeld.nl, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 75132680, located at Koldakker 1, 9407 BR Assen.
2. What we provide
We connect the systems of business owners and build hubs. What exactly you purchase is set out in a quote or agreement. The social media hub lets you create posts and publish them on connected channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and TikTok.
3. Subscription
Hubs are provided through a subscription. The price, term and notice period are stated in your quote or agreement. If you cancel the subscription, the hub stops at the end of the current period.
4. Your responsibility
- You decide what is published. You are responsible for the content of your posts.
- You do not publish unlawful content and you follow the terms of the platforms you connect.
- You only use accounts you are authorised to use.
- You keep your login details safe.
5. Third-party platforms
The hub works through third-party platforms. They may change their terms or technical connections or restrict an account. We have no influence over that and are therefore not responsible if a platform rejects a post or ends a connection. We are glad to help you find a solution.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the hub available as much as possible. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may make the hub temporarily unavailable.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (slimmergeregeld.nl/en/privacy). You can have your data deleted through the Data Deletion page.
8. Liability
We do our best to work carefully. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the previous twelve months, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.
9. Intellectual property
Your posts and media remain yours. The hub, the website and the Slimmer Geregeld brand remain ours.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. For an important change we will let you know in advance. The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
